The trial is intended for a focused evaluation. Essential is a starting point for a team deploying one agent. Pro supports a larger agent deployment and resolution pool. Enterprise requirements are handled through a separate quote and agreement.

Estimate the base subscription

Multiply the plan’s monthly seat price by the number of purchased seats. For example, two Essential seats have a base price of ₦15,000 per month including VAT. The workspace still shares 200 resolutions and one deployed agent.

Two Pro seats have a base price of ₦36,000 per month and share 750 resolutions and five deployed agents. These examples are illustrative base subscription calculations, not quotes for implementation or third-party services.

Pending invitations count toward member capacity. Review the purchased seat count in Billing rather than assuming that the price changes automatically whenever someone stops using the app.

Match the allowance to a real workflow

Use your trial to understand how often the selected workflow reaches a recorded resolution. Keep that measure separate from the number of messages exchanged or tools called.

Also decide whether you actually need multiple deployed agents. A larger team does not necessarily need a separate agent for every person, and a higher resolution requirement is not addressed simply by adding seats.

Include costs outside the base price

Your implementation may require engineering time, provider accounts, or other services. Confirm those costs separately. Do not assume they are included because the underlying workflow is possible through an API.

Before paying, check the checkout summary, billing interval, seat quantity, and any scheduled changes. Review the effect of a plan change on the agents and usage you intend to maintain.

Make the decision after evaluation

Choose the plan that fits the tested workflow and the team that will operate it. If the requirements exceed the published offer or involve specific contractual commitments, discuss the Enterprise scope with sales.
